Kumamoto Water Positive Design Center (WPDC) has published a white paper.

This paper organizes the current status of Water Positive practices underway in Kumamoto, as well as the challenges and insights that have emerged toward implementation. Rather than presenting a completed model, it shares concepts for balancing natural capital and economic activities at the watershed level, as well as directions for further development going forward.
