We have started storing rainwater for use in hydraulic model experiments.

For research and development theme 1, we plan to conduct hydraulic model experiments.

Since this model experiment uses rainwater instead of tap water, we installed a tank and began collecting rainwater.

Rainwater is now channeled into a tank by renovating the gutters of the arena next to the planned construction site for the hydraulic model testing facility.

Construction of the hydraulic model testing facility will begin in December, with full-scale operation scheduled to begin in the spring of fiscal year 2011.
