We held an opening ceremony for the Kumamoto Rain Garden Partnership, a voluntary organization that brings together industry, academia, government and private sectors with the goal of creating 2,030 rain gardens across Kumamoto Prefecture by 2030.
The "partnership" referred to here is a team of loosely connected organizations and citizens who cooperate with each other to achieve their goals as much as they can . They work voluntarily to contribute to the development and spread of rain gardens , not based on obligations or quotas.
